She has extensive experience in assisting our patients schedule their office or hospital care, coordinate benefits with their insurance company, and finance their treatment. Implant Treatment Coordinator
Maggie, CDA
Maggie is our Implant Treatment Coordinator and concierge for your implant treatment. She will be with you the whole way from initial consult to finish, ensuring timely and organized care. Maggie is also a highly experienced Surgical Assistant and is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS). She has successfully completed the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination (DAANCE) and is a Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT). Maggie is committed to providing superior service, building relationships and caring for all with compassion and excellence.
Treatment Coordinator
Ella
Ella is our Treatment Coordinator and scheduler for your oral surgery. She will work closely with you ensuring efficient and organized care and coordination of your insurance benefits or other financial arrangements. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS). Ella collaborative spirit and ability to work well with others makes her an excellent team player.
Surgical Assistant
Harley
Harley is our skilled and highly experienced Lead Surgical Assistant. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and has successfully completed the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination (DAANCE). She is also a Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT). Her attention to detail and dedication to high standards coupled with her conscientious manner and calm, gentle demeanor are truly appreciated by our patients and team.
Genie
Genie is a highly skilled Surgical Assistant. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and has successfully completed the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination (DAANCE). She is also a Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT). Genie’s positive attitude and pleasant demeanor are matched only by her work ethic and professionalism. She is conversational in Ilocano.
Karlee
Karlee is a skilled Oral Surgical Assistant. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), has successfully completed the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination (DAANCE) and is a Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT). Karlee’s professionalism and charisma are noticeably reflected in her positive attitude and kind delivery of care. She is also a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and is fluent in American Sign Language.
